These Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe your rights and obligations while using the WorkTrial AI website, software, services, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute an agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and Shadowbee AI, Inc., dba WorkTrial AI (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new Terms take effect once posted. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

Any submissions or ideas you send us may be used for any purpose. This does not apply to personal data, which is governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
  • You must provide a valid payment method.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Pricing may change; we will notify you in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadowbee AI, Inc. and its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners against claims or damages arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of others' rights.

10. Disclaimer

WorkTrial AI is an early-stage service and may experience interruptions or instability. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

11. Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

b. Notice of Dispute

Before initiating legal action, you must email us at support@worktrial.com with details of your dispute.

c. Arbitration

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under the American Arbitration Association's rules.

d. Waiver of Jury Trial

You waive any right to a jury trial.

e. No Class Actions

Disputes must be resolved individually, not on a class basis.
